For five decades, Mission Bay and Remuera Doctors has proudly cared for the local community. Many of our patients have been with us for generations, with some families now spanning four generations under our care. This long-standing trust is at the heart of everything we do.

Our owners, Dr Jamie Shepherd and Dr Vicki Mount, live locally and are part of the community they serve and because they’re your neighbours as well as your doctors, they understand what matters most to you and your family.

Excellence in General Practice:
Every one of our GPs is a Member or Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) — the highest professional standard for GPs in New Zealand.

• Members are completing their specialist GP training after years of medical school and hospital experience.

• Fellows have completed this training and are fully qualified specialist GPs.

• All of our doctors continue with ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of medical care.

Specialist Services & Global Recognition:
Our doctors are also panel physicians for Immigration New Zealand and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, offering trusted expertise for immigration medical assessments as well as aviation medical panel physicians for CAA, CASA, FAA and Transport Canada.

Accessible, Personalised Care:
All of our doctors and nurses speak English, with one GP fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Cantonese. If you require another language, we can arrange an interpreter prior to your appointment to ensure clear, personalised communication at every visit.
