If you are thinking about enrolling at our practice, welcome.

We are currently enrolling patients who live in Remuera, Newmarket, Parnell, Mission Bay, Orakei, Kohimarama, St Heliers, Glendowie, Glen Innes, Wai O Taiki Bay, St Johns, Stonefields, Meadowbank.
We have two locations both with offstreet parking one in Remuera and in Mission Bay. Both have off street parking for your convenience.
You can enrol using our online form. You will need to provide a copy of your passport or birth certificate, along with copies of Immigration NZ visas if appropriate. These are requirements of Te Whatu Ora (the Ministry of Health) to assess eligibility for funded healthcare.

Your enrolment application will be processed by our administration team. When all information is entered into our system, you will receive an email inviting you to call us to book your first appointment.
