About
Dr Luke Curwell recently transitioned from surgical training into general practice, bringing extensive experience across plastic surgery, orthopaedics and hand surgery, as well as experience in general surgery and ENT.
He has a particular interest in minor surgical procedures and looks forward to bringing his procedural skills into general practice. His interests include skin cancer surgery, carpal tunnel release, trigger finger procedures, and nailbed procedures, with plans to further expand his procedural skills in the future. He is also developing an interest in ADHD assessments and is looking forward to the breadth and variety of primary care.
Outside of medicine, Luke is a dad of three and enjoys spending time with his family. He is particularly looking forward to building long-term relationships with his patients and getting to know the Remuera and Mission Bay community.
